Trimiti (trimitibd.com) sells scratch art boards in Bangladesh. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Plain language, no legal padding.

1. What we collect

  • When you order — your name, mobile number, delivery address, district, and email if you give one
  • Order details — what you bought, the amount, and your bKash transaction ID if you paid in advance
  • If you create an account — your login details and saved address
  • When you message us — whatever you write to us on WhatsApp, phone or the contact form
  • Basic site data — pages viewed and cart contents, kept in cookies so your cart survives a page reload

We never see or store your full bKash PIN, card numbers or banking passwords.

2. Why we need it

  • To confirm your order by phone and deliver the parcel to the right address
  • To calculate the correct delivery charge for your district
  • To handle replacements, refunds and warranty claims
  • To answer your questions and keep a record of what was agreed

3. Who we share it with

Only what is needed to get your parcel to you:

  • Courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast and similar) — your name, mobile number and address
  • bKash — when you pay through them, under their own terms
  • Our hosting provider — which stores the website and its database

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not pass your number to marketing lists.

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember your cart and keep you logged in. Blocking them in your browser is fine, but the cart may not work properly. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles on this site.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes. Messages are kept while a conversation is open and for a reasonable period after. Account details stay until you ask us to delete the account.

6. Your choices

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your account and personal details, where we are not required to keep order records
  • Stop contacting you about offers

7. Children

Scratch art is popular with children, but orders should be placed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and admin access is limited to us. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not keep payment card data at all, which removes the biggest risk.
