Will I receive the same design I see in the photo?
Yes. Product photos show the actual design printed on the board, and the foil reveal underneath is a genuine scratched sample — not a mockup. Slight colour variation between screens is normal.
How long does one board take to finish?
An A3 board takes most people two to four hours, usually across a couple of sittings. A4 is quicker. Bookmarks take under an hour.
Do I need my own tools?
No. Every board ships with a free premium metal-tip scratch pen, and the board has faint guide lines showing where to start.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery for most orders, or bKash to 01566014863 if you prefer to pay in advance. Pre-order and custom items are advance payment only.
What does delivery cost?
70৳ inside Dhaka and 120৳ outside Dhaka, added at checkout. Dhaka usually arrives in 1–3 working days, outside Dhaka in 3–5.
What if my board arrives damaged?
Check the parcel in front of the delivery person. If something is damaged, defective or wrong, message us within 48 hours with a photo or unboxing video and we replace it free. Boards that have already been scratched cannot be returned.
Can I order a custom design or buy wholesale?
Yes. Custom photo boards and bulk orders for schools, offices and resellers are made to order. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we will quote you.
