1. About us

Trimiti (ট্রিমিতি) sells scratch art boards, bookmarks, frames and related accessories in Bangladesh. This website is trimitibd.com.

2. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after we contact you by phone or WhatsApp on the number you provide at checkout.
  • Please give a working Bangladeshi mobile number. Orders we cannot reach are cancelled.
  • We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot verify the delivery address.
  • Pre-order and backorder items ship on the date shown on the product page. These items cannot be paid by Cash on Delivery.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery and bKash (01566014863, personal).
  • For bKash, send the amount and enter your transaction ID at checkout. Orders without a valid transaction ID are not processed.
  • Delivery charge is added at checkout: ৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside Dhaka.
  • Prices may change at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies.

4. Delivery

  • Inside Dhaka: usually 1–3 working days. Outside Dhaka: usually 3–5 working days.
  • We deliver through Pathao, Steadfast and similar couriers. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timing is in their hands.
  • Delays caused by weather, hartal, holidays or courier backlog are outside our control.
  • If you are unavailable and the parcel is returned to us, the delivery charge is not refundable.

5. Returns, replacement and refund

  • Check your parcel in front of the delivery person. This is the easiest way to resolve any problem.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective or is the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
  • Approved cases get a free replacement. If a replacement is not available, we refund the product price.
  • Because scratch art boards are single-use once scratched, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, or for boards that have already been scratched.
  • Refunds are sent to the same bKash number used for payment, within 7 working days of approval.

6. Product appearance

Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product. Small variations in cut, foil tone and finish are normal in handmade and printed items and are not defects.

7. Safe use

Scratch tools have a fine tip. Children under 6 should use them only with an adult present. Keep tools and small parts away from very young children.

8. Your account and information

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: name, phone number, address and, if given, email. We do not sell your information. We share your name, phone and address with the courier so they can deliver your parcel.

9. Our content

The Trimiti name, logo, photographs and designs on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Wholesale and custom orders

Custom and wholesale orders are made to order. They require advance payment and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
